Polo Game Privacy Policy

1. Accounts and information stored on your device

Polo Game does not currently allow users to create an account or sign in. Team names, player names, preferences, career statistics, virtual currency, inventory and game progress are stored locally on the user's device. Glarium does not receive this locally stored gameplay information. It remains on the device until the user clears the app's data or uninstalls the app.

2. Advertising and consent

Polo Game uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements. The user chooses whether to watch a rewarded ad in exchange for an in-game reward.

Before requesting advertisements where required by law, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent or present privacy choices. Users can review or change applicable advertising privacy choices from Settings > Privacy Choices in the app.

Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect, process or share information such as:

• the device advertising identifier and other device or app identifiers;
• IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address;
• device, operating-system, language, app and network information;
• advertising data, including ads displayed and interactions with ads;
• app interactions and diagnostic or performance information related to ad delivery; and
• information used for advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance.

Polo Game does not request Android precise-location permission and does not intentionally collect GPS, Wi-Fi or cell-tower precise location. The Anzu and MyTarget advertising SDKs are not included in the current Android release.

3. In-app purchases

Polo Game may offer purchases through Google Play. Payment and financial information is processed by Google Play and is not received or stored by Glarium. The app may receive product identifiers, purchase tokens, transaction status and purchase history information required to validate and fulfil a purchase, restore purchased content, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

4. Notifications

If the user grants notification permission, Polo Game may schedule local gameplay reminders on the device. The current release does not use a Glarium server to send push notifications and does not transmit contact lists or message content to Glarium.

5. Purposes of processing

Information handled by the app or its service providers is used only as applicable to:

• provide game functionality and save local progress;
• provide optional rewarded advertising;
• manage consent and privacy choices;
• process and restore in-app purchases;
• measure ad performance and diagnose ad-delivery problems; and
• prevent fraud, protect security and comply with law.

6. Sharing and service providers

Glarium does not sell users' personal information. Data may be collected or shared by the third-party providers described above, principally Google AdMob, Google UMP and Google Play, for their stated purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the public, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on the device until the user clears the app's storage or uninstalls Polo Game. Advertising and purchase information is retained by Google according to Google's own policies and legal obligations. Because Polo Game does not provide user accounts or maintain a server-side player profile, there is no Glarium account to delete. 8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information. Data transmitted by third-party services is sent using the protections provided by those services. Third-party providers may process information in countries other than the user's country, subject to their legal terms and safeguards.

9. Children

Polo Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected].

10. User choices and rights

Depending on the user's location, privacy laws may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Applicable advertising consent can be reviewed through Settings > Privacy Choices. Users may also reset or delete the Android advertising identifier through their device settings and may contact us at [email protected].

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its service providers or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy at this same URL and update the effective date.
